To discover and bring forth the exceptional in something has always been a motivational force in my career – a fiery passion for something and to then take it to the next, higher level. Over many years in the fashion and beauty industry, I have done just that:
With my enthusiasm, experience and a large industry network, I enabled brands to establish themselves successfully. I recognized the potential of a brand and realised the means to create "awareness" for it and at the same time maintain its identity.
Three motives lie at the core of my actions: responsibility, transparency and communication.
I see it as my responsibility to pass on the rich experiences I have gained throughout my career - the many decisions I have had to make autonomously that make up my wealth of experience.
Truth and transparency are the essence of credibility for me, communication means clarity – strengthening a team, motivating the individual, never losing sight of the success of the entirety and the community. Now I want to use my experience and expertise to bring the ideas of sustainability into a successful focus for companies.
